About Us

Hi there! My name is Michelle and I am the owner of First Class Transactions. I started this company because I truly believe in creating a full-service solution for real estate agents to be able to leverage time, grow, and ultimately save money. There are so many transaction coordinating companies out there to choose from. My hope is that agents choose us because of our commitment to agent success, our industry knowledge, and most importantly our unmatched customer service. We are a company that is going to be around for many years to come because we absolutely love what we do. Our mission is simple, serve our clients to the best of our abilities. We show up every day ready to work with you to make this the best home buying or seller experience your client has ever had.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Why do I need a Transaction Coordinator?

Real Estate is not an easy business and it can be challenging to establish a work-life balance. You deserve to treat your limited time as the valuable asset it really is. By hiring a First Class Transaction Coordinator, you will free up business and getting homes sold. Let us deal with chasing down signatures and organizing disclosures.

How will you keep me updated?

We want to be as transparent as possible with you during the entire escrow process. We will send you private log-in information to our back-end that will allow you to monitor your transactions in real-time.

Do I still have to pay if the transaction is canceled?

There is no cancellation fee. Cancellations are going to happen from time to time and we completely understand. At First Class Transactions, we don't get paid until you get paid.

What are my responsibilities as an agent?

As Transaction Coordinators, we are do not partake in negotiations, nor are we able to assist with anything that requires us to be physically on-site.

Agents are responsible for the following:

- Review Draft Escrow Instructions

- Review Preliminary Title Reports

- Complete Agent Visual Inspections

- Order, Schedule, and Attend Any Property Inspections and/or Repair Appointments

- Negotiate Repairs and/or Any Changes in the Contract

- Update the MLS

- Provide Exact Wording for any Addendum(s)

- Provide a Full and Complete Checklist of Documents Required by your broker * (If applicable )
