Job Description

Are you ready to fly first class? First Class Transactions is seeking a licensed transaction coordinator to join our growing team. Although the applicant must be located in Nevada, this transaction coordinator will primarily be handling California transactions.

First Class Transactions provide First Class Transaction coordinating services to real estate agents. It’s our job to track deadlines, send reminders, assist with the paperwork and most importantly give our agents a true first-class experience!

At First Class Transactions we are all about our people. You don’t have to get dressed, battle traffic and sit in a cold office all day waiting for 5 pm. You will be working from home, free to put on some jams while you navigate your emails and tasks.

About the Position

Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison and establish a relationship between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, inspectors, other vendors, and mortgage brokers during the process of a real estate sale and effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in closing a sale

  • Follow our Transaction Checklist and use the provided email scripts throughout the sale

  • Create timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met and contingencies are released

  • Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions

  • Understand the contracts in order to summarize the terms, conditions, and contingency dates

  • Communicate regularly with the client to let them know what to expect in each step of the closing process

  • Draft any addenda, keep a record of them on file and ensure they are shared with all parties

  • Be the first point of contact for all questions that arise throughout the closing process.

Requirements

  • You must be currently or very recently been working as a transaction coordinator

  • You must hold a California Real Estate Sales Person or Broker License

  • You must be familiar with (ZipForms, CAR forms, DocuSign)

  • You must have a quiet, distraction-free environment to work in

  • You must have reliable internet and a computer with at least 2 monitors

  • Detail-oriented (Most important and an absolute must)

  • Strong work ethic and sense of personal responsibility

  • Highly adept and comfortable with technology

  • Initiative taker / multi-tasker / fast thinker

  • Excellent communicator

  • Extremely organized

  • Must be friendly, organized, detail-oriented and service-minded

Experience

  • Licensed California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker: 2 years (Required)

  • Work experience as a transaction assist or coordinator: 2 years (Required)

  • Licensed or past license in other states: 1 year (desirable)

  • Customer Service 3 years (Required)

Education:

Associate (Preferred)

Salary

Starting salary is $36,000 plus quarterly bonuses based on performance.
